KUALA LUMPUR,  April 13 — Like the Malay proverb, ‘Sambil Menyelam Minum Air’, a Malaysian student in Egypt went on a drive to collect nearly 200 old indigenous Nusantara books (kitab turath) written by Malay scholars from around the 1920s to the 1960s during his studies at Al-Azhar University, Egypt.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 2 — Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah today expressed their sadness over the plight of Malaysian student Nur Izzah Mohd Shokri, who was seriously injured in an accident in England on Monday.
